DNIPRO HIT BY RUSSIAN DRONE ATTACK: TWO DEAD, EIGHT INJURED
Two people were killed and 8 wounded in a Russian drone attack on the Ukrainian city of Dnipro overnight. Among the injured are two girls, aged 9 and 14, who were hospitalized following the attack.

Russia’s Vladimir Putin says he is ready to meet with U.S. President Donald Trump’s envoys at any time, but not with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The Kremlin says a meeting between the leaders of Ukraine and Russia can only take place if its goal is to finalize a peace deal.
EU LEADERS MEET IN CYPRUS TO TACKLE BUDGET DEADLOCK
A two-day informal meeting of EU heads of state and government will begin on Thursday in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. Summit participants will attempt to resolve the negotiating impasse over the EU budget for 2028–2034.
