Masemola to join Matlala in court
Fannie Masemola has been hauled to court to explain how Vusimuzi ‘Cat’ Matlala’s company, Medicare24, was awarded a controversial R360-million tender under his watch. Masemola is not charged with corruption, but rather another serious matter of violating the Public Finance Management Act.
