Two Kyiv police officers are reportedly facing serious negligence allegations over Saturday’s mass shooting in the Ukrainian capital. Seven people were killed and 14 others, including a 12-year-old boy, were injured when a gunman opened fire in a city supermarket. The attacker was shot dead by police.
