Residents in Lebanon use fragile ceasefire to return to what’s left of their homes
Under a fragile ceasefire, displaced residents of southern Lebanon have made the difficult journey back to their homes to survey what’s left.
The 10-day truce between Israel and Lebanon came into effect on Friday.
Israel says its military has been instructed to use what it calls “full force” against threats in Lebanon.
Meanwhile, residents of multiple border villages in Lebanon have also been ordered by the Israeli military not to return until further notice.
