Paragon mall sold to CICT for S$3.9 billion
On Mon (Apr 20), CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) announced that it is buying the Paragon mall for S$3.9 billion, using funds from its divestment of Asia Square Tower 2 (AST2) for nearly S$2.48 billion.
