KZN gets new forensic science laboratory
The fight against crime in KwaZulu-Natal has received a boost. A new Forensic Science Laboratory building has been handed over to Acting Police Minister Firoz Cachalia in Mayville, Durban. Public Works and Infrastructure Minister, Dean Mcpherson, says the modern facility will enhance the state’s ability to process forensic evidence more efficiently, reducing delays that often hamper investigations and court proceedings.
