‘No new requests’: Albanese grilled over Trump’s conflicting claims on asking Australia for help
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese grilled after US President Donald Trump slammed Australia for not helping in the Middle East.
“There wasn’t an answer given,” Mr Albanese said.
“I refer to my previous answer’s day, after day, after day, when I’ve been asked, they’re exactly the same, there’s been no new requests at all.
“I’ve answered the question.”
