US military maintains Iranian blockade with peace talks set to begin
We are learning more after President Donald Trump suggested the end of the Iran war may be in sight. Trump told FOX Business’ Maria Bartiromo recently, “I think it’s close to over, yeah. I view it as very close to being over.” This comes as United States Central Command releases audio of the broadcast warning being sent from U.S. Navy ships to shipping vessels heading to or coming from Iranian ports. Vice President JD Vance recently said that President Trump is aiming to strike a ‘grand bargain’ with Iran, as opposed to a smaller deal. Vance spoke at a Turning Point USA event and said the president is telling Iran, “If you guys commit to not having a nuclear weapon, we are going to make Iran thrive.”
