Life in prison for Richmond municipal manager’s killer
The Political Killings Task Team has scored yet another victory in the High Court in Durban even as its work comes under the spotlight at the Madlanga Commission in Pretoria. The court handed Sabelo Phewa a life sentence for the 2017 murder of former Richmond Municipal Manager Sibusiso Sithole.
