Six people died in a stampede at Nalanda’s Maa Sheetla temple fair after barricades collapsed during prayers. Several others were injured. Bihar government announced ₹6 lakh ex-gratia, while PMO declared ₹2 lakh for deceased and ₹50,000 for injured.
