This is where the story gets spicy. If a fuel station has diesel, you should be able to buy diesel. Full stop. In this clip, Gareth Edwards and Francis Herd dig into the tension around rationing, supply explanations and the big ugly question hanging over all of it: is diesel genuinely tight, or is some of it being held back before the higher price kicks in? Because if it is a real logistics problem, that is one thing. If it is deliberate, that is a whole different movie.
