Hong Kong leader John Lee Ka-chiu is delivering his fourth annual policy address. The chief executive has said his latest policy blueprint will focus on deepening reforms, boosting the economy and enhancing livelihood while leveraging the city’s strengths. Lee also chose to again use green as the colour theme for the published version of his address, saying it symbolises vitality, sustainability and the city’s ongoing vibrancy for a “brighter future”.
