E Cape families reflect on decades of pain and waiting


Justice and Constitutional Development Minister, Mmamoloko Kubayi, says her department is working around the clock to ensure that the process of repatriating the remains of political activists is fast tracked. Her comments come as her department has handed over 180 remains of political prisoners. This includes 81 political prisoners executed under apartheid which have been exhumed and reburied across the country. Kubayi was speaking in Komani in the Eastern Cape where remains of political activists, Mncekeleli Boskati, Madoda Ralane and Wantu Silinga were being reburied.
