‘Hold Labor to account’: Liberal infighting clouds party’s focus after Price’s removal

Shadow Immigration Minister Paul Scarr says the recent Liberal Party infighting is taking away from the party’s primary focus.

“As an opposition, our focus needs to be on holding the Labor government to account and to be frank, there’s lots of matters upon which we can hold them to account,” Mr Scarr told Sky News Australia.

“Also, building up a suite of policies to take to the next election.

“Any time we spend on averted from that focus is not a good week.”
